SURVIVING MAIN STREET
HOST: Tammy Venneri, Entrepreneur
Tammy Venneri has spent most of her career building things and figuring things out as she goes. After 17 years working on the executive side of the music industry in Nashville and New York, she started over on Cape Cod, building one small resale shop into five brick-and-mortar locations and spending more than 15 years in the trenches of Main Street business.
Today, her work spans business operations, brand development, technology and media. She runs Downeast Business Studio, leads the business operations behind her husband's excavation company, and is the founder of FlowRackPro, a software platform built from her own years of resale-shop problems, workarounds and systems.
As host and producer of Surviving Main Street, Tammy is less interested in polished success stories than what happened behind the scenes: the mistakes, reinventions, hard lessons, unexpected wins and practical systems people built along the way.
